If a key we sold you doesn't activate, we replace it or refund you in full. Contact us within 30 days of purchase.

Covered

• The key is rejected as invalid or already used
• You were sent the wrong product
• You were charged but no key was delivered

Not covered

• A key that has already been activated successfully (licenses can't be returned once used)
• Hardware that doesn't meet Microsoft's requirements (check before buying)
• A change of mind after the key was revealed. You agreed to immediate delivery at checkout, which ends the statutory withdrawal right for digital content.

How to claim

Email [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the error. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
