How fast will I get my product key?
Instantly. Once your payment is confirmed, your key shows on the order page and is emailed to you, usually within a minute. If a key is ever delayed, we'll send it within 2 hours.
Are these genuine Microsoft licenses?
Yes. Every key is a genuine retail license bought from authorized distribution and activates with Microsoft's own servers. If a key won't activate, we replace it or refund you.
Is this a one-time payment?
Yes. Every Windows and Office 2024 key is a one-time purchase that you keep for good, with nothing to renew.
Where do I download Windows or Office?
Directly from Microsoft. Windows comes from microsoft.com/software-download (Media Creation Tool or ISO), and Office from microsoft.com/setup after you redeem the key. We link both on your order page.
Can I move the license to a new PC?
Retail Windows licenses can be moved to a new PC once you deactivate the old one. Office 2024 is tied to your Microsoft account and can be reinstalled on a new device.
What if my key doesn't work?
Contact [email protected] with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We'll replace the key or give you a full refund, and our activation guarantee lasts 30 days.
Is Windows 10 still worth buying?
Only for a PC that can't run Windows 11. Microsoft ended free Windows 10 support on 14 October 2025, so security updates need paid Extended Security Updates. A Windows 10 key also activates the matching Windows 11 edition on supported hardware.
