1. Seller

MasterKeys sells digital product keys for Microsoft software. MasterKeys is an independent reseller, not affiliated with Microsoft Corporation.

2. The product

You buy a license key. The software itself is downloaded from Microsoft, and its use is governed by Microsoft's license terms, which you accept when you install it.

3. Delivery

Keys are delivered electronically to the email you enter and on your order page, normally within minutes of payment confirmation.

4. Right of withdrawal

By ticking the consent box at checkout, you ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key is delivered. The activation guarantee is unaffected.

5. Fraud prevention

We may cancel and refund orders that our payment provider flags as high risk.
